  • Now accreditation is easy too, by tracking progress with your development through the Learning Academy framework
  • Foundation Level: complete 5 modules & internal signoff.
  • Specialist Level: 10 modules or activities – plus external validation in the wider professional network.
  • Join us in raising standards in customer operations from contact centres or sales operations to digital channels, face-to-face service, back office or mobile (field-based) workforce.
